Early Bird/Late Bird Programs
High-quality care for our youngest learners
Willis ISD elementary campuses and the Roark Early Education Center offer optional childcare programs to accommodate family schedules:
• Early Bird Program – Before-school care - Must be dropped off before 7:10 AM.
• Late Bird Program – After-school care - Must be picked up before 5:30 PM.
Each program requires separate registration and payment through Lillio.

Program Cost (Per Student)
- Weekly: $10.00
Important Payment Information:
- Weekly fees are charged if your student attends one day or the full week
- Fees are due each Monday for the current week
- Outstanding balances from previous years must be cleared before participation
Drop-off & Pick-up Information
Early Bird
All Early Bird students must be dropped off before 7:10 AM. Students arriving after 7:10 AM must go through the morning car rider drop-off line.
Schedule & Drop-Off Locations
• Roark Early Education Center: 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM (Gymnasium)
• All Other Elementary Campuses: 6:15 AM – 7:15 AM (Cafeteria)
Late Arrival Policy:
Students arriving after Early Bird closes must enter through the regular drop-off line.
Late Bird
All Late Bird students must be picked up before 5:30 PM.
Late Bird is not offered on Early Release days.

• Roark Early Education Center: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM (Gymnasium)
• All Other Elementary Campuses: 3:45 PM – 5:30 PM (Cafeteria)
Late Pick-Up Policy:
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Students remaining on campus after dismissal will be automatically placed in the Late Bird program and fees will apply.
Contact your campus immediately if emergency delays are unavoidable:
- First offense: Verbal reminder about prompt pickup
- Second offense: Written notice sent home
