Ms. Lyren's class has been busy learning about financial literacy. Students created a business plan, estimated the cost of materials, and approximated how many potential customers. They were given opportunities to earn their money and buy lemonade at recess.In the end, Ms. Lyren's class operated the stand, managed money, and calculated profit.
Parade begins at 6:00 pm. If you plan to walk with the Parmley float, please make sure you sign the permission slip sent home today. Students need to be picked up immediately following the parade in the Parmley back parking lot. Our theme is "Under The Sea" so wear your fishing attire!

Students and teachers have been busy implementing a Daily Math Review(DMR) and Fact Fluency during math instruction. The DMR is a brief warm-up students complete to show mastery on previously taught concepts and skills. Fact fluency is also a daily exercise to help build math fact automaticity. Exercises include games and music to help students stay engaged.
